Correction on my rating of Town & Country Florist. My problem was NOT with the florist I have used fr years.
It was my issue w/ Flower Shop Network. Their website is confusing to us old folks. I was charged 2 delivery fees b/c they don’t allow me to add to first order. Next time I will call Town & Country directly. The flowers were beautiful as usual & I recommend them very highly.

The plant I ordered was not available, unfortunately, but the replacement was a big, healthy plant, so it was a nice substitute. It would be helpful if the website could be updated to reflect current availability, but I appreciated the substitution!

The poinsettia is beautiful. Glad you were able to work out an order from Australia! Think it would have been helpful IF watering instructions had been included. Also, the name of your company was no where to be found on the little card that was enclosed! Glad that there was a follow-up- phone call to let me know the poinsettia was on my front porch. 1 year ago today, my sister and best friend had an aneurysm while in an exercise class at the Y. By the grace of God and some great doctors at Emory, she is still with us today. I honor of her anniversary, I sent her flowers. Town and Country delivered at almost the exact time she had her anuerysm. Thank you for a beautiful arrangement! My sister was thrilled.
